Mmmm... all of this awesomeness starts with a deep brown color and a light brown head. Looks great, and a little cloudy. Its aroma is soft and a little woody, but dominated by bourbon and a sweet, light roast. You get a plant-like waft in the nose as it goes down the throat. Wow, what a nice mouth feel. It's a little thin, but has a perfect roast presence, is easy and alcoholic, but nicely covered by the bourbon. Get enough of this in your mouth and it almost tastes like bourbon with a dash of water. Wowsers! - Noss
