This Black IPA has a dark-brown, well-carbonated body and a light-brown head. Its aroma is wet, hoppy, and green, just like fresh hops with a character of strong pine. On deep inhale it allows a little chocolate roast to come through. As good as this smells, though, its flavor is odd, strongly hopped, but the roast really makes it seem unbalanced and awkward. Eh. All the good stuff is in the aroma. If you ever drink this, don't. Just smell it and toss. - Noss
