Member Notes:
This very lovely amber-orange colored pale ale is a great all-around pale ale when you want something tasty but not a complete knock-out. Not overpowering, but not wimpy on the hops. And great characteristics, might I add! This beer pours a really nice, uber-frothy off-white head, leaving behind some bubbly, yet strong and sticky, lacing. The aroma is fresh and mouth-wateringly hoppy. The flavor simple and straight-forward, a clean sampling of some really great hops and some tasty malts. It has a superbly fun mouth feel that's soft and almost a little creamy. The finish is lightly reminiscent of freshly brewed barley, lemongrass, and a mysterious spice characteristic that makes this a crazily delicious drink. - Noss
Club & Brewer Notes:
The citrus punch of a big IPA, minus the one-dimensional hop sledgehammer. Seven select European and domestic malts round out the edges for a complex, copper-colored brew. Like its namesake ski lift, it's an insider's ride to fresh thrills.
Malt: Pale, Crystal, Munich, Carapils, Pilsner, Carastan
Hops: Cascade, Centennial
