Super dark brown in color, black if you could ignore the bright brown hues and bright, medium-brown, almost red head. What a looker! It's very much like a double oatmeal stout, simple, and not obviously alcoholic. The flavor... wazoo! This is where the magic happens. Chocolate, roasted malts, and alcohol, but with a wonderful oaky-like finish. Man, this is good. Hard to describe how good it is, or why. And the alcohol just makes it that much more enjoyable.
