Soft, sweet, matured nose full of classy alcohol. In the mouth it's smooth and dangerous, aged very well. Sweet, strong, complex and completely homogenous. One of those beers that's kinda beyond description. A - noss
Club & Brewer Notes:
Barrel-Aged Belgian-Style Quintupel Ale
So yeah, it's much bigger and bolder than a quad. But the term "sextupel" seems inappropriate alongside a congregation of monks- so quintupel it is.
