All the hops you want, in a package you can repeat. Session IPA as a style has a shorter history than most. As a counterpoint to the traditional American IPA, this style came about to allow the hop enthusiasts of the world a vehicle for obtaining the bitterness, flavor and aroma they so desired, without all the booze. For our Session IPA we selected a new (to us) base malt, English Golden Promise, to add unique malt character, without the sweetness of caramel malts that are often used in IPA. The star of the hop lineup is the new variety Eureka!, which brings bright notes of peach and tropical citrus to balance the clean bitterness.
