Elysium is our flagship house IPA. Elysium is a step in gaining admittance into Elysian Fields. In Greek Mythology Elysian Fields was considered paradise and the final resting place for heroes and virtuous souls. Once you’ve tried this IPA we think you will feel like you are in HOP paradise. Yes it’s cloudy. Yes it’s packed with tons of citrus and tropical fruit aromas. This slightly bitter IPA is highly aromatic, and packed full of flavor. Don’t let the cloudiness throw you off. We are confident this will become a favorite, because we love it!
