Perpetually Unimpressed is focused on highlighting our favorite hop, Nelson Sauvin, with a tropical fruit character derived from an English yeast. It’s dedicated to our brewery dog and best friend Asa, aka Pizza Boy ?. This grumpy, lovable pup internalizes the spirit of striving for more in life, as does this beer. Think dank, grape must, and Palisade peaches.
