Club & Brewer Notes:
A few years ago, we brewed up a beer called Sharks with Frickin Laser Beams Attached to Their Heads. It was a dark and delicious salted caramel stout. The logical next step was to increase the abv and barrel age it, so that's exactly what we did. Doctor Evil is a beast of a beer, checking in at a whopping 14.2%. It was brewed with caramel bits and sea salt. We aged it in whiskey barrels for five months. The result is pure evil. Hope you enjoy it!
