Club & Brewer Notes:
For our SA Beer Week collab we teamed up with the one and only Funkcentral Itinerant Brewing to create a Dry Hopped Blue Corn Saison! This Farmhouse Saison was brewed with Belgian Pilsner, Belgian pale wheat, TexMalt blue corn, and a little flaked oats. Dry hopped with Saphir and fermented with French saison yeast. The results are a full flavor Saison with hints of pear, banana, pepper, floral hop aroma , a perceived sweetness from the blue corn, and a quenchable dry finish.
