Bishop’s Barrel No. 26. Simply put, Bishop’s Barrel No. 26 was inspired by coffee cocktails and delicious desserts. The result is an Imperial Porter Aged in Bourbon Barrels with Coffee, Coconut, Vanilla, Orange Peel, and Coriander. Fortis release, we aged our Imperial Porter in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for 14 months to provide the essence of whiskey, vanilla, and wood. Toasted coconut flakes add mouthfeel and impressions of sweetness reminiscent of your favorite German chocolate cake. spresso beans provide an added boost of flavor and the subtle use of vanilla, orange peel, and coriander add a nice touch of complexity.
