Engkanto Brewery’s IPA is strong, fragrant, and bitter with an ABV of 7%. Although hoppy enough to satisfy serious hophead lovers of craft beer, the IPA was made solely with the Philippine temperature and weather in mind. It is full-bodied but not too heavy or bitter to enjoy with your meal in warmer climates.

Engkanto Brewery’s Double IPA, with an ABV of 8.5%, is the Philippine brewery’s strongest of their five flagship beers, surprisingly favored by their female customer. The double IPA has a huge body accompanied with exploding citrus & passionfruit flavor.

With so much brewing in the In-D-Y, it’s kinda hard toppin High-B-O-single-Y. But we, somehow, some way, keep comin up with danky a** sh*t like every single day. So we, brewed a little something for the haze bros, made a few tweaks, blueberries too. Two dry hoppins and the berry still jumpin cause our hopper be honed. So what you wanna do? Sheeeit, we got a cooler full of ‘Bonic and think y’all should do too.

Our Belgian-style tripel matured in the same barrels Treaty Oak Distillery uses to make their Barrel Reserve Rum. Beginning with a surprisingly fruity nose, this ale exquisitely balances notes of warming rum, soft coconut and buttery oak. Pairs well with green curry chicken, coconut shrimp and cream puffs.

In ancient Irish mythology, there was an all-powerful being they called The Morrigan. Known as the Goddess of War, Fate, and Death, The Morrigan was a shapeshifter who could predict death and topple armies. Once Jameson approached us with the idea of creating a new brew together, we had the perfect beer in mind. The Morrigan is a 12.2%abv blonde barleywine that was aged in Jameson Irish Whiskey barrels for 3 months. The end result is a beautifully boozy ale that boasts strong flavors of rich oak and smooth vanilla. Take caution while sipping this rare nectar and pray the Phantom Queen isn’t watching overhead. As with any barleywine worth its salt, a few sips of The Morrigan may stir feelings of terror and greatness. You may even feel like adopting the Goddess’s penchant for pillaging. We suggest that you spare the neighboring village and opt instead for a round of hurling: the ancient Gaelic game with prehistoric roots, dating back 3000 years. It’s the world’s fastest field sport and requires no protective padding – just your hurley, your sliotar, and your thirst for glory on the battlefield. (Or on the pitch. Same deal.) This blonde barleywine was aged for 3 months in new oak barrels. It's a beast of beer with rich flavor and notes of vanilla.

A barrel-aged Russian imperial oatmeal stout brewed with a host of wonderful specialty malts, flaked oats and oat malt to impart a rich, silky mouthfeel and deep, complex malt flavors and aromas reminiscent of dark baker’s chocolate, fresh brewed coffee and caramel candy. This keg is made just for the event with cocoa nibs and Dark Matter Coffee
