As hearty as a Bavarian beer festival: our ERDINGER Oktoberfest. This masterpiece of the brewer’s art is ideal for parties! ERDINGER Oktoberfest expertly combines smooth malt aromas with a pronounced hop bitterness. This well-balanced flavour is complemented by gently sparkling carbonic acid to give it the typical liveliness of a genuine wheat beer. Smooth, strong and irresistible – brewing tradition at its finest. As a full-bodied specialty for the festival season, it whets the appetite for Bavaria’s famous drinking song “Prosit der Gemütlichkeit”. “Bayerische Edelreifung” – for perfect enjoyment. Named after the C-53 Skytrooper, a variant of the C-47 Skytrain aircraft flown during WWII, this India Pale Ale (IPA) honors the aviation community in San Antonio both past and present. Known affectionately to troops as the Gooney Bird, the C-47 served as the core for soldier and equipment transport in that era. The Skytrooper IPA is brewed with Amarillo and Centennial hops giving both the aroma and taste a tropical and citrus character. The taste is clean with a balanced profile from the Marris Otter and German pale malt. A true celebration of hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness.

We make Utopias to challenge the perception of what beer can be. This boundary bending, barrel-aged beer blurs the line between beer and fine spirit. At 30%, it’s the badass of our brewery. Its reputation puts it on every beer drinker’s bucket-list. While Utopias has long matured in charred whiskey barrels—some with histories stretching back nearly three decades—our 2025 blend ventures even further. Joining our traditional Ruby Port, Carcavelos, Cognac, and Scotch casks are Irish Whiskey, Amarone, and White Port barrels, each adding its own distinct character. Irish Whiskey brings notes of toasted oak and warm vanilla; Amarone contributes rich, wine-soaked fruit depth; and White Port imparts a delicate honeyed sweetness.
